Novell's DirXML® Driver 1.0 for Schools Interoperability Framework (SIF) offers schools a way to easily extend resources to students, staff and faculty. DirXML Driver for SIF enables you to integrate information about students, faculty and staff in SIF-enabled applications with information in Novell® eDirectory™ other Novell applications. For example, when you create, modify, or delete a student account in a Student Information System (SIS), this driver seamlessly and automatically updates eDirectory. Recently Edustructures announced the availability of the SIFWorks Enterprise ZIS for Novell Nsure Identity Manager customers who purchase through the Novell School License Agreement, making it even easier for Novell customers to acquire and implement SIF technology.
